How to use: (short version below) full sleep instructions are provided with each purchase.                                                                                                   

  1. At bedtime, disconnect from all technology.  
  2. Mist your pillows, sheets and the atmosphere, then inhale deeply.  
  3. Apply the sleep balm, behind your ears and under your nose.  
  4. Apply sleep oil to your pulse points - wrists, temple, neck etc. 
  5. Now take five deep breaths, snuggle into bed, close your eyes and you are on your way to sleepy town.
